Thirty minutes. We cleanse, look at your skin under proper light, take baseline photographs, and go through what you actually want changed: dullness, congestion, uneven tone, rough texture, the look of old acne marks. You leave with a written plan setting out which treatments, in what order, how many, over how long.
No treatment is performed on the day. That is deliberate. We would rather sell you the right course in six weeks than the wrong treatment this afternoon.
Credited in full against anything you book within fourteen days. Book the plan and the consultation costs you nothing.
Three treatments. Prices are per session, and they hold all year.

The rest of the day belongs to the spa: massage, couples and hotel guests. If you need a Saturday, or a start later than 14:30, ask us. We can sometimes make it work, and we will tell you honestly when we cannot.
Yes, though both are good. A facial is a treatment you enjoy and it finishes when you leave. These three build on each other, so we sell them as a course with the dates already booked and photographs at every visit. Our facials are still on the spa menu and we are proud of them. They are simply doing a different job.
Because it is thirty minutes of a therapist's time and a slot held for you, and because it comes straight back off your first booking. In practice it is free to anyone who is serious and R250 to anyone who is comparing prices. That is rather the point of it.
Dermaplaning, yes. It suits almost everyone and there is nothing to plan. For the Zena peel and microneedling we want to see your skin first, because both suit some skins better than others and a wrong call costs you weeks.
Uneven tone usually takes three to five peels. Texture and the look of scarring usually take four microneedling sessions. We will give you a number at the consultation, and we will tell you at week eight if we were wrong.
Dermaplaning, none, and you can go straight back to work. Microneedling, redness like mild sunburn for two to three days. The Zena peel genuinely peels around day three to five, so we plan your course around anything you have in the diary.
What happens between appointments matters as much as what happens in the chair. We will tell you what your skin needs at home and what you can safely keep using. We will also tell you when the thing you already own is perfectly fine.
