By accessing and using www.treatdayspa.co.za (“the Website”), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the website
SPA Etiquette
- Please be punctual for your appointment and arrive 15mins early.
- Please feel free to give your therapist feedback. Let her know if you have any special needs or disabilities so that your visit is comfortable.
- Please keep in mind that you are in a professional spa environment and will receive the treatment/ spa service you booked for.
You may communicate your preferences during treatments so that adjustments can be made. - Please be considerate and ensure that your cell phone is not on so that you, and the other clients, can enjoy the peaceful experience.
- Please do not leave children unattended for safety reasons.
- Tips are optional.
- Please do not bring food/ refreshments into the treatment area.
Bookings
- Bookings are essential
- 50%non refundable deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Slots are subject to availability
- Rescheduling or late cancelations
(within 24hrs) or no shows will forfeit voucher or deposit. - Late coming will result in reduction in treatment time whilst full treatment fee will apply.
Final Sale Terms
- All treatments, packages, and products purchased are final and non-refundable.
Vouchers
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable or partially refundable.
- Gift vouchers are not valid during Peak seasons, public holidays and long weekends.
Package Limitations:
Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made with less than 4 hours to 72 hours notice, or non-arrival, may forfeit the full treatment fee.
No-Show Policy
- Appointments not kept are generally non-refundable.
Package Limitations
- Treatments within a pre-booked package cannot be substituted or changed.
Product Returns
- Opened or used beauty products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
